Production & Delivery:

Our production time for this product is 48 hours, with delivery taking 3-4 days. If you need it sooner, please get in touch with us. The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48 hours, and frames will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Warranty:

This product comes with a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the aluminum frame. This warranty does not include damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If a defect is found, a Printed backdrop will repair or replace the product. The final decision on replacement is at the discretion of the Printed backdrop.

FABRIC CARE

All of the Printed backdrop Sources’ banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.
