Trade Show Display Planning Checklist
A coordinated exhibit starts with the venue’s space and installation rules. Before choosing printed displays, confirm your booth dimensions, permitted display height, access requirements and any electrical or hanging-sign arrangements with the organizer.
Choose a booth format
Compare the 10×10 booth kits and 10×20 booth kits listed in the catalog. Check the assembled footprint and itemized package contents. A product name or staged image does not by itself confirm that every pictured accessory is included.
Plan the backwall and message
Review straight or curved tension fabric backdrops, SEG displays and other available backwall formats. Position your key message where visitors can see it above counters or displayed products. Confirm whether your selected configuration includes printed graphics, frames and bases.
Coordinate counters and accessories
- Match table covers and counters to the dimensions of your furniture or display system.
- Check brochure holders, lighting and carrying cases against the exact product you choose.
- Arrange electrical service separately when required for an illuminated display.
- Confirm venue permission and installation arrangements before ordering suspended signs.
Prepare for transport and setup
Review packing dimensions, assembly instructions and the contents of each package. Plan the people and time needed for setup, and keep a copy of the final artwork and order configuration available for the event.
