Production & Delivery:

Our production time for this product is 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 7-8 days. If you require expedited service, please contact us.

Replacement banners will be dispatched within 48 hours, while frames will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.

Warranty:

This product includes a standard 2-year warranty covering the Aluminum Frame against manufacturing defects. However, damages resulting from accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. In the event of a defect, the Printed backdrop will undertake repair or replacement of the product. Please note that the final decision regarding replacement rests with a Printed backdrop.

FABRIC CARE

All of Backdrop Source’s banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your curved fabric banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.
